Thaksin Shinawatra in connection with the riots and revolts of 2010 due
to "weak evidence" the attorney general said Athapol Yaisawang.

Vasantasingh, which cited weak evidence as reason not to prosecute
Thaksin.

allegations of terrorism to the Office of the Attorney General. In

Thaksin as a separate case, since the defendant was a fugitive.
Chulasingh had the final word on whether it is Thaksin because the alleged offense happened outside the country.
Office
of the Attorney General spokesman said Thaksin Nanthasak Pulsuk
telefonado was just outside and there was no clear evidence that he had
incited people to join terrorism.
"Thaksin
address [the red shirts] do not call the protesters to break the law to
burn municipalities, embassies, consular offices, or overthrow the
Constitution. Violence at Ratchaprasong intersection was because the
government used military force to recover the protest area - with armored vehicles and weapons - to disperse the red shirts protest, leading to many injuries and deaths, "he said.
DSI
chief Tarita Pengdith said yesterday that the decision of the attorney
general was considered final and DSI not reopen the case.
